Estate Landscaping Requirements
Every estate and local council can have different requirements for landscaping, fencing, verges, street trees, reticulation, front gardens and approved materials.
At Karri Coast Landscaping, we help homeowners understand these requirements and create practical, well-finished landscapes that suit their property, estate guidelines and the South West environment.
To help make the process easier, we have listed some of the local estate and shire guidelines below. These links are provided as a helpful starting point for homeowners, builders, and new-build clients. Guidelines can change, so we always recommend checking the most recent estate or council requirements before starting your landscaping project.
